Massing and land use demonstrations to communicate with community members about the planned changes. Project completed while employed Think AEC.

Nestled in a historic Salt Lake City neighborhood, this infill project combined two parcels of low return rentals into a single mixed use building in a zone that encourages community nodes. The design uses clean lines, quality materials, and fresh landscaping to fit the surrounding context. Renderings and massing studies helped communicate the proposed changes to community members and the local Community Council. Completed while employed with Think AEC.
