Adveencha LLC
About
Old Farm, Bend, Oregon
Adveencha LLC is a design and drafting studio based in Bend, Oregon, working with homeowners, builders, and property owners on projects that need both a clear design vision and the technical documentation to carry it through permitting and construction.
Our work spans design and drafting, residential and light-commercial remodels, construction and design-development renderings, and the site entitlement process that gets a project approved by the local jurisdiction. We work closely with clients from an early concept through the drawings a contractor and permitting office actually need, keeping every project grounded in the practical realities of building in Central Oregon: site constraints, local code, and the character of the surrounding landscape.
Whether the project is a full remodel, a new addition, or navigating entitlements on a piece of land, we bring the same attention to detail from the first sketch to the final stamped set.
